Ustam Sensin is a construction company that takes responsibility for renovation, renewal, and turnkey work from start to finish in Manavgat and Side. Apartment, villa, shop, hotel, and apart-hotel renovations; bathroom and kitchen renewal; plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, painting, carpentry, metalwork, and climate systems are all managed under one contract and through one point of contact.
What we do not do
Ustam Sensin is not a craftsman referral service. We do not introduce you to a tradesperson and step away. We take on the job: we select the craftspeople, plan the work, supervise quality, and remain responsible for the result. If something goes wrong, you call us.
This distinction matters because the real problem in renovation is not finding a tradesperson; it is that nobody manages the work from beginning to end.
Why we were founded
Renovation and technical services often proceed without clear controls. Prices are verbal, the scope is unclear, deadlines slip, and responsibility becomes uncertain after completion. Ustam Sensin was founded to put this process in writing. Every job begins with a written survey, a clearly scoped quotation, and a contract.
Who is behind it
Ustam Sensin is a newly established company, but its field experience is not new. Our founding team has worked on construction sites in Manavgat for more than a quarter of a century, and our local network was built through that experience.
We say this openly: the company is new; the team, network, and experience are not.
Our service area
Manavgat and Side. We deliberately keep the area narrow because this is where we can supervise quality ourselves. Taking work where we cannot maintain control would mean risking the promise we make.
