Most renovation disputes begin because the process was not discussed at the start. This is how a project proceeds with us from beginning to end.
1. Initial conversation
Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or through the website. We listen to your needs and arrange a day for the site survey.
2. Free site survey
We visit the property, take measurements, record and photograph the current condition, and identify access, material handling, debris removal, and less visible risks such as old installations, damp, or uneven flooring. The findings are entered on a written survey form.
The survey is free and creates no obligation.
3. Written quotation
We send your written quotation no later than three business days after the survey. We do not give verbal prices.
The quotation itemizes the work, states whether materials are included, gives the estimated duration, and lists what is excluded. You know what is not included from the beginning.
Our quotation is valid for 15 days.
4. Contract
If you accept the quotation, we sign a contract covering scope, duration, warranty, and payment plan.
Small short-term jobs use two stages, at commencement and handover; larger renovations use progress payments. In every case:
- The payment plan is written before work starts.
- Progress payments are tied to a completed stage, not merely a calendar date.
- Final payment depends on the signed handover record and is not requested before outstanding items are closed.
5. Implementation
Work begins, and we remain your single point of contact. We coordinate and supervise the craftspeople. Any request outside the contract is priced in a written Additional Work Record; we do not accept verbal additions.
6. Handover
We inspect the completed work together. Any remaining items are written into a handover record, completed, and signed by both parties. Final payment is tied to this record.
7. Warranty
Our workmanship warranty is 12 months. We respond within five business days to an issue covered by the warranty.
